ALL-ON-X
WHAT IS ALL-ON-X?
All-on-X is a cutting-edge method for full-arch tooth replacement available at Cedar House Family Dentistry, provided by Dr. Anita Jhangiani. This technique involves placing dental implants in just four strategic locations on each arch, allowing for a secure hold while using fewer implants than traditional methods. If you're looking to restore your smile without requiring a complete set of implants, you may be an ideal candidate for the All-on-X treatment. This innovative solution is less invasive yet delivers exceptional results. Contact us to schedule a consultation and discover more about this tailored restoration option.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ALL-ON-X?
The All-on-X procedure at Cedar House Family Dentistry is designed for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth in a dental arch and prefer a fixed, permanent solution over removable dentures. This technique provides robust support for a full-arch restoration that is securely anchored to the implants. The All-on-X treatment may offer several benefits, including:
- An improved smile
- Improved overall oral wellness
- A long-lasting solution that is not removable
- Better biting, chewing, and speaking capabilities
- A more efficient solution than individual implants
- Increased self-confidence
HOW DOES ALL-ON-X WORK?
You may be an excellent candidate for All-on-X implants if you're considering dentures but don’t have enough bone to support more than four implants. The All-on-X process begins with impressions and X-rays of your teeth, after which Dr. Jhangiani will develop a personalized treatment plan. During the initial procedure, the implants will be placed in your mouth, and a temporary restoration will be fitted to safeguard the implants while your mouth heals and your custom dentures are crafted. After a healing period of 4 to 6 months, you will return to receive your custom dentures. While you might experience some discomfort in your gums after the implant surgery, our team will provide guidance on dietary restrictions and care instructions for your temporary dentures.
FEWER IMPLANTS FOR A HEALTHY SMILE
In the past, some patients were unable to get dental implants due to bone loss. However, All-on-X dental implants are now an innovative solution that allows for smile restoration with dentures using fewer implants. Dr. Jhangiani is dedicated to crafting beautiful smiles that look and feel natural. To learn more about how we can assist you, schedule an appointment at Cedar House Family Dentistry.
